• Must be 18 years or older
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (Excellence & Efficiency)

Job Description

• Maintain a Clean and Organized Kitchen – You’ll take Ownership of ensuring the kitchen is tidy, equipment is ready, and workstations are set up efficiently. Responsibility is key.
• Prepare and Cook with Passion – Whether chopping, cooking, or presenting food, we expect a high level of Excellence in everything you do.
• Deliver Quality and Consistency – You’ll ensure the ingredients and meals meet our standards of quality because we believe in always going above and beyond.
• Provide Elevated Hospitality - Our guests are part of the Shootz Family. You'll treat them like family, and deliver an experience above and beyond their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in teamwork, support colleagues, and contribute to an environment of integrity and growth
• Take initiative on other duties assigned by management
• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
• Prepare workstations and ingredients for cooking
• Ensure quality and appealing presentation of food
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient orders
• Other duties assigned by management
